Customers notify us within 30 days of purchase date with any problems via email to [email protected]. Please make sure the purchased item & features are compatible with your equipment, wireless carrier & plans, refunds will not be issued for these oversights.

If you have a problem with your item, you should contact us as soon as possible. All items being returned must be issued an RMA via email before they are returned for refund or exchange. Items returned due to invalid shipping address, package refusal, unopened non-defective, or mistaken orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee before refund can be issued. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Serial Numbers, ESN's, and License #'s are recorded prior to shipping, returned product numbers must match for refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All Pre-Paid Wireless Card (PIN) order are non-refundable.
